Step 5: Identify leverage points
In thinking about our WOM-based go-to-market strategy, a fundamental question is: what can we leverage?
Your company clearly has resources. Can we co-opt them? How can we ride their coattails?
In this step, we have to “think big” (cliché intended) and start to identify the various assets that the firm can bring to the table.
How will we use them to reinforce our story?
