Call this a Public Service Announcement.

Now, that phone number area codes mean nothing and cell phone are ubiquitous, if you are scheduling a meeting with someone via email (even if she lives down the street), just add your time zone.

It’ll reduce confusion and save time. (I’ve made this mistake a few times, so now, you don’t have to.)
