Not before. It's already too late at that point.

Here's something I've noticed.

On LinkedIn, (I'm a big user), people start accepting connection requests (or reaching out) and then, within 1-2 weeks, I hear about a job search.

Invest in your network sooner rather than later.

If you do it right, it's your own permission asset.

That's valuable.
