The Last Word
Creating Raving Fans takes time, energy, and patience. It’s tempting to say “it’s good enough.” Trust me on this one. I feel that way when I write a blog post, an email, or a whitepaper.
The thing is, “good enough” doesn’t get you noticed. It doesn’t get attention. It doesn’t encourage people to put their reputation on the line and forward it to a friend.
To thrive in a world of infinite channels of communication (i.e. the Attention Economy) and where your prospects and customers increasingly control access (i.e. the Power of Permission), creating Raving Fans who will spread the word for you is your best option for success.
Good luck!
(and happy tax day)
