Following the series and whitepaper on the Community Driven Marketing process, a number of people have asked: What do I do if I don’t have any Raving Fans?
 
Great question. Today, we begin another short series on how to create them (Also, available as a whitepaper). 

The Strategy for Creating Raving Fans is easy.
 
Execution is difficult.

No matter whether you are a product or a service company, the answer is the same: BE REMARKABLEimage

You need to do something that gives your clients or a customer a reason to talk about you.

And the beautiful thing about “Being Remarkable” is that the measurement is really simple.

If someone makes a (positive) remark about your product or service, you are indeed “Remarkable.” Well done.

However, the process for attaining “Remarkable” status does depend on whether you are a product or service company.
